Click Book: Finalize your appointment by clicking the 'Book' button. You will immediately receive a ‘Booking Summary’ of your order to your email.
Confirmation Email: After you have received your ‘Booking Summary’, you will receive an additional email within a few hours confirming your appointment. This email will include all the details of your appointment and instructions on how to make the payment.
Privacy Policy Acknowledgment: Before your appointment is confirmed, you will need to acknowledge our privacy policy via email. This step is necessary to ensure that you are informed about how your data is handled.

Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a full refund, only a partial refund.
Refund Amount: Full refunds are given for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. For appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointed time, we will retain $60 of your total payment and refund the balance.
Process: To request a refund, please contact us through the "Contact Us" form on our website. Refunds will be processed within 1 business day and returned to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Sessions: Please note that sessions that have already taken place are not eligible for a refund.
Early Termination: If the client ends the session earlier than the end time, no refund will be available.
